In order to find the dermatologist’s ad or listing, there is no direct delivery of email marketing for dermatologists-no need to flip through a newspaper or a phone book. The message is just sent straight to the inbox, where it is much more likely than a traditional media advertisement to be read and absorbed. Nor is there any limit to what can be included in the email from a dermatologist. Do you want to learn more? Visit

Software advances make it easy to embed video into the body of the message, which can then be viewed. There is no method of advertising that is more interactive than by demonstrating the work of a dermatologist. An excellent method of promotion is the before and after video of satisfied patients. So, start advertising with an email marketing campaign by dermatologists in the 21st century! Three terms which are normally used interchangeably are cosmetic dermatology, cosmetic surgery and dermatology. True, the majority of practitioners fall within a branch of medical science called general dermatology, but their specialisation is the difference. General dermatology is a four-year specialisation course that can be studied by medical doctors in order to become a dermatologist. In order to concentrate more on maintenance, restoration and improvement of the appearance of the skin and the physical characteristics of the human body, dermatologists may pursue further sub-specialization in cosmetic dermatology and/or cosmetic surgery. A medical degree (MD) or an osteopathic doctor (DO) is necessary to become a dermatologist. The requirements for becoming one include a one year internship in general surgery or other broad-based clinical training and three years of residency in dermatology. They have to pass the written and practical skill test provided for certification by the American Board of Dermatologists after satisfying these requirements. In order to maintain the certification’s validity, the test is re-taken every 10 years.
